Poached Pear Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

•   15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear
•   35ml Ruby Port
•   25-30g hot chocolate powder
•   200ml steamed milk

  Preparation:

  Steam ingredients together until hot.

  Pour mix in a cup.

  Garnish with whipped cream with a dusting of    beetroot powder and dark chocolate curls.
