Originally from Persia, this fruit from the Arabic pomegranate tree is one of the most ancient fruits in the world. Cultivated for millennia in the Mediterranean, pomegranate was then established in the Caribbean and Latin America. Its rose-coloured pulp, its juicy flavours, slightly bitter and naturally sweet go perfectly with red fruits and most exotic fruits.
