INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 oz. gin
  • 1 pump(s) Monin Coconut Concentrated Flavor
  • 3/4 oz. Monin Rose Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Top with:
  • 2 oz. sparkling wine
Glass: Coupe Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: lemon peel
 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Garnish.
