Ingredients
15 ml MONIN Pistachio Syrup
170 ml fresh milk
1 shot ristretto
MONIN Caramel Sauce (for garnish)
Finely chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
Brew a robust ristretto/espresso.
Heat and froth the milk until creamy.
Pour 15 ml of MONIN Pistachio Syrup into a glass.
Add the ristretto and stir briefly.
Add the warm milk.
Finish with a generous drizzle of MONIN Caramel Sauce along the inside or top.
Garnish with finely chopped pistachios for added flavor and texture.

Serve immediately.
