- 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear — the pure, ripe pear flavour at the heart of this cocktail
- 10 ml Le Concentré de MONIN Lemon Rantcho — fresh lemon balance for a lively finish
- 40 ml vanilla-inspired vodka — adds smooth body and subtle depth (alternative: alcohol-free distillate)
- 20 ml cream (15–18%) — adds creaminess and texture
- Soda water (top up) — keeps the cocktail fresh and sparkling

Total volume: approx. 300 ml (including soda water)
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice for maximum chilling.
- Add the pear syrup, lemon concentrate, vodka and cream.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled and fully combined.
- Strain into a tall glass.
- Top up with soda water for a light sparkle.
