Pineapple BBQ Mojito

 

Ingredients

 

Slices of grilled pineapple

8 leaves of fresh mint

2 pumps of Monin Lime syrup

20 ml Monin Pineapple le fruit (fruit puree)

45 ml premium light rum

club soda (carbonated water) to top off

ice

Preparation

Fill the glass you want to serve it in with ice and mint.

Fill a shaker for 2/3 with ice and then pour in the Lime, Pineapple fruit and rum. And shake!

Pour it through a strainer into the serving glass and top it off with club soda.

Garnish with mint leaves and the grilled pineapple and serve.
