Cinammon Roll Milkpunch
- 20ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup
- 50ml cardamom & walnut infused rum
- 40ml verjus
- 30ml almond milk
Garnish: walnut on top of ice cube
- Toast cardamom and walnuts on low to medium heat in a pan. Infuse dark rum with cardamom & walnuts over night.
- Filter the rum. Combine all ingredients except almond milk in a container and stir. Add almond milk to the ingredients, slowly stir and set aside until the milk punch is clear.
- Serve over clear ice cube and garnish with a walnut piece
