An elegant citrus cocktail with an exciting twist — perfect for home parties, dinners and social moments.

This Lemon Yuzu Tart cocktail combines the fresh, aromatic intensity of Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu with citrus and vodka, finished with a light lemon foam for a professional bar-style serve at home or at the table.

 

Ingredients (1 glass — ±270 ml)

 

For the cocktail

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the vodka with sparkling water.
If you prefer it slightly sweeter, use apple juice.

Method

  1. Stir all cocktail ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled margarita glass.
  3. Prepare the lemon foam by whisking the syrup, lemon juice and unsweetened whipping cream.
  4. Spoon the foam on top of the cocktail.
  5. Lightly flambé with a blowtorch (optional) to add aromatic depth.
  6. Finish with lemon zest and serve immediately.
